In Switzerland, Tomas Sedlacek was listed among the top 100 influential global thinkers (Top 100 Thought Leaders, GDI).

Jan Hendrik Schmidt

Jan Hendrik Schmidt is the Senior Adviser leading the Artificial Intelligence Hub at the horizontal supervision directorate of the European Central Bank.

Previously, he headed the ECB’s Methodology Division and chaired international committees, structuring the supervisory review that sets capital requirements for the largest European banks. As a McKinsey Partner, he had founded the Risk Management Innovation Platform and served financial institutions worldwide, designing and implementing cutting-edge risk models and innovative products and processes. His career started in London at Oliver Wyman.
