Dawd Haque is the Global Lead for COO Regulatory Market Initiatives at Deutsche Bank, where he advises the Global Investment Bank on regulatory reporting impacts across new business, products, and transactions. He leads a team focused on interpreting and implementing regulatory publications for Operations. Dawd chairs the Bank of England’s Industry Data Standards Committee and sits on its Transforming Data Collection Advisory Board.
He co-chairs the DSB ANNA Product Committee and contributes to global standards through roles at ISO, DTCC, and GLEIF. A key participant in international reporting harmonisation efforts (UTI, UPI, CDE), Dawd brings deep expertise from prior roles at leading financial institutions, including Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan. In 2024, he was named European RegTech Professional of the Year by A-Team Insight.
