Bio
Konstantin Bottenberg is Head of SupTech Systems at the European Central Bank (ECB). His team is responsible for running the ECB’s core technology platforms for banking supervision and for implementing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence into supervisory processes.
He also steers the innovation management framework for banking supervision and SSM-wide digital transformation programmes. Before taking on his role in SupTech, Konstantin worked in other ECB banking supervision functions and has worked in research and consulting before joining the ECB.
