Omair leads Digital Asset Tax Compliance at ht.digital, where he is responsible for reporting across CARF, DAC8, FATCA and CRS for the firm's crypto and digital-asset clients. An ACA-qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW), he trained at PwC before moving into the reporting regimes now reshaping the sector.
Before joining ht.digital, he worked at EY, UBS and held research roles at Stanford and Cambridge. He pairs a Big Four assurance foundation with commercial experience in investment management and applies both to one of the more demanding corners of international tax reporting.
