Owen Maguire is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Dell Bank International in Ireland, where he leads the Bank's Finance function, with responsibility for financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, pricing, and regulatory reporting. He plays a key role in shaping and executing the Bank's strategic agenda and has been instrumental in driving finance and regulatory transformation initiatives across the organization.
Owen joined Dell Bank in 2013 and has held a number of senior finance leadership positions, including Director of Finance and Head of Accounting, before being appointed CFO in 2023. Under his leadership, the Bank has delivered significant modernization of its regulatory reporting capabilities, leveraging technology and automation to enhance reporting efficiency.
Prior to joining Dell, Owen held finance roles with Bank of Ireland and Allied Irish Banks. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), a Chartered Director (CDir), and a Certified Bank Director.
