Padraic O'Halloran is a senior banking professional currently serving as Chief Risk Officer of Dell Bank International dac, with extensive experience across risk management, finance, regulatory reporting, and corporate governance.
Before becoming CRO, Padraic held key leadership positions including Head of Regulatory Reporting and Financial Controller, where he was responsible for prudential reporting, financial control, regulatory interpretation, and engagement with regulatory authorities. This combination of risk and finance experience provides him with a holistic understanding of the challenges facing modern financial institutions.
Throughout his career, he has led regulatory change initiatives, enhanced risk and control environments, and supported boards and executive teams in managing strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
