Bio

Noa is an experienced Data Team Leader at the Bank of Israel (BOI); an Expert in Technology, Data and Banking. She has led complex projects with many stakeholders, including the BOI XBRL project and the BOI Open-Banking project.

Noa's team is promoting Data driven culture while upgrading and leveraging supervisory data. Her Team works in cooperation with the BOI IT Experts to promote SupTech and innovation in the Banking Supervision.
