Bio
Klaas is one of the founders of the former b.fine, a RegTech scaleup which was acquired by Regnology in late 2022. Within b.fine he was responsible for product management, business development and marketing. Klaas has almost 20 years of experience within finance, risk and regulatory reporting and is now taking up of the role of defining the overall product strategy across Regnology’s banking and SupTech offerings.
Prior to b.fine and Regnology, Klaas worked as a business consultant for many international operating banks, assisting them to overcome their regulatory challenges. He also held senior roles within different RegTech companies.
Klaas holds a Master degree in Computer Sciences, complemented with additional degrees in economics, asset management and risk management. He also holds the FRM designation from GARP.
