Alex Cannon

Bio

Alex Cannon is a Director in the Strategy and Market Development group for the Banking Unit at Moody’s Analytics, focusing on driving both product and business strategy that are aligned with Moody's mission. Prior to joining Moody's, Mr. Cannon led a number of key corporate finance roles at regional and community banks - focusing on strategic finance, corporate development, acquisition accounting, risk modeling, financial reporting, and allowance for credit loss quantification.

Mr. Cannon is an active CPA in the state of Georgia, and has BBAs in Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Masters in Accounting from Georgia State University.
