Aitor Azcoaga

Aitor Azcoaga has been working at the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) since 2011, coordinating EIOPA’s IT regulatory reporting activities. As a project manager, he has led several key initiatives on EU supervisory reporting, including the development of the Insurance and Pension Funds Data Point Model (DPM), xBRL taxonomies and their ECB reporting add-ons; EIOPA’s regulatory reporting tool for undertakings (T4U); and the development of the DPM 2.0 methodology and the DPM Studio for both the EBA and EIOPA.
