Bio
Volker is the CIO and COO of Clearstream Banking AG. In his role in Deutsche Börse Group he is responsible for all Settlement and Issuance IT which includes the regulatory reporting area. During his 25-year-journey within Deutsche Börse Group, Volker took on various management roles including the overall project management for the Target-2 Securities migration for the German and Luxemburgish market as well as Head of Operation at the retail derivatives exchange Scoach.
