Thom has over 35 year experience and was involved in implementation of Basel II, Basel III and several other regulatory programs. Since 2020 Thom is working for Rabobank and is currently heading the External Reporting Area where he is responsible for the major regulatory reporting for Rabobank.

Thom’s key focus is the optimization of the data and reporting environment, focusing on data driven reporting. Furthermore is Thom a strong advocate of Rabobank’s way of working,

with includes simplicity, taking ownership, sustainability and diversity. Working together with colleagues throughout the industry is according to Thom the basis for success.
