Bio
Stephane has over 20 years' experience in consulting, leading various transformation projects on the risk and finance functions on bank or insurance. Projects that have changed the operational models of these functions, on various dimensions: business, process and IT. At the beginning of 2021, he has joined La Banque Postale Group to create a JV between the Risk Department and the Finance Department for the production of regulatory reporting, and to lead a program to overhaul the department's operational model, including a complete overhaul of production processes and tools.
